Others come because they are carrying responsibility — for teams, businesses, families, or systems — and need a space that understands both the emotional and the operational realities of that.
You don’t have to choose between being human and being functional here. You get to be both.

What makes this work integrative is not the number of tools I use, but the way everything is held together.
It is a relational, grounded, insight-led space where emotional truth and practical reality meet.
How it works in sessions, we slow things down for the nervous system. I listen closely for what’s underneath the noise, reflect patterns back with care, and help translate what you’re feeling into language you can live from.
We make space for both your inner experience and the real-world context shaping it ~ so clarity can land, not just appear.

What This Work Is (And Isn’t)
Rooted Reflections sit in the space between therapy and coaching
~ but is neither.
Rooted Reflections is a whole-person, whole-life offering.
It is designed for people who are not just seeking symptom relief, but meaningful, sustainable change across how they live, work, relate, and understand themselves.
Rather than treating emotional, physical, relational, and professional challenges as separate issues, this work recognises that
everything is connected.
Stress shows up in the body.
Relationship patterns affect self-worth.
Work misalignment impacts nervous system health.
Identity shifts ripple into every area of life.
This is not a single modality.
It is a woven approach, drawing from therapeutic presence, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, intuitive insight, practical life structuring, and strategic reflection.
Each session meets you exactly where you are
~ emotionally, mentally, physically, and situationally ~
rather than forcing you into a pre-set framework.
Some sessions are deeply reflective.
Others are grounding and stabilising.
Some unpack patterns and identity.
Others focus on boundaries, decision-making, relationships,
life direction, or restoring a sense of inner safety.

Some people come for a single session when they need space to think or process.
Others choose to work together over time. There is no expectation either way.
Available online across the UK and internationally, or in person in Worcestershire.
Accessibility
A small number of reduced-rate spaces are available for those
experiencing financial hardship. Please enquire.

Payment is taken in advance to secure your session.
